where can i find building schematics for a public university dorm?

yeah that came off as pretty sketchy. A friend works for a law firm that is looking into suing the university. Dorm design is involved--privilege doesn't allow her to tell me why. The university, of course, does not want to hand over the schematics to a lawyer who might sue them.

I would have answered before I read your 'additional information' If your 'friend' is an attorney and does not know how to get these records without our help, they are NOT qualified to handle the case. Recommend they get COMPETENT help.
