I am a student of Civil Engineering 2nd yr in Nepal, a south asian country (4 yr. B.E.). I would like to do M.E. in civil engg. from America is scholarship. What should I have to do form today?

You should have your university in Nepal help you check colleges in the US. You must pass a TOEFL test, which means you must improve your written English and also your spoken English (I'm guessing). You should ask for Fulbright Scholarship information, as that is one way. Also, the East-West Center in Honolulu gives full scholarships to Asian students, and the University of Hawaii has a good engineering school.
