Will you help me make a list of laws that are racist? I would prefer laws that are colorblind, and trying to figure out what political party is making racial laws.
I came up with “hate crimes” are not colorblind laws, they make race a factor.
Also, Affirmative action is also racist. What else can you think of

The one that comes to mind is how the penalties for crack were higher than those for cocaine. I've heard people argue that this is racist because more blacks do crack and more whites do coke. I can't back this up, but it kind of makes sense.

I was about to name affirmative action, actually. How can admission of one person to a place of higher education or the workplace over more qualified and talented individuals be anything OTHER than racism when this is done because one person is one race and others are not?
I agree with hate crime laws. They make race a factor because they further criminalize crimes in which race was a factor. I think that crime should be punished, but crimes committed against others for no other reason than the victim's gender, race, sexual orientation, etc, should carry a separate penalty.
Other than affirmative action, I can't really think of any blatantly racist laws.

How about no jews in the media? or in the 9/11 truth movement? There's a race law to support.
hate crimes punish motive / intent, that is wrong.

You have already named affirmative action. It's so bad that if I see the word "diversity" in an employment ad, I don't even bother to read further. That word is code for "caucasians need not apply".
