what is the reason for assesment questionaire? the once that are " suppose " to be either agree or disagree.

this question is for employment. how can one fail that " assesment quiz? if you are told it is your own opimion, i don't understand. what are they looking for , for someone to lie? please help.

The reason for the assessment questionnaire such as in the schools (just using this as another example) is to find out what kind of career field you would be good in.

As for what they are looking for, they are looking to see if you fit their requirements for the job even though it's based on opinion. I would recommend getting back in touch with the HR section for the company where the test was given to ask for further clarification of what they mean by "failing" the assessment test.
