Ok, when i go to school, people think im really weird, and i hate it. One thing is, my voice kinda sounds like a girl, and people make fun of me for that all the time. And just today, i got in trouble for tying strings to paper, and then hanging them out the school window, and i have a feeling i did it just so that people thought that i was cool, and they liked me more. I have friends, but really not many. Please help, i really don't want to just go see a counselor, because all they will do is make it even more embarrassing by talking to the people who make fun of me, and that will just make it worse, because they know who it is that they make fun of, so yeah... I'm coming here for advice.

P.S. I've talked to my parents, but they don't really know what to do.

It sounds like you have a bit of a bullying problem.

However, most bullies pick on guys who are isolated and have no friends. Underneath their cocky bravado they are basically cowards.

So I would definitely try to acquire a few more friends at your school. Even if they are just friends you hang out with rather than close personal friends.

It doesn't make much difference whether they are boys or girls or whether or not they are good fighters. Bullies don't like witnesses and just having people with you who might be witnesses to their crimes will discourage them.

One person's weird guy is often another person's neat guy or cool guy so don't worry about that too much. I'm sure there are still some kindered spirits at your school who will admit you to their friendship circles. Most boys' voices change naturally around age 13 no matter what they sounded like before.

So my advice would be to try this approach first. Should you ever meet up with a really bad bully who is just impossible don't hesitate to report him to the principal or even the police . But hopefully, it will never get that bad.

Well, this is my advice as I was insulted quite a bit at school myself when I was younger, but I have grown stronger(physically and emotionally) due to it. Try to ignore them as much as you can, first. If your voice sounds high, try to avoid talking at all. Your best bet is to take up a sport, basketball/soccer/baseball/etc... Things aren't going to change quick, but once you get into high school, things change quickly.
