and I've tried using a tweezer thing but it's like impossible

yeah, the tweezers i have aren't pointy.

You said you tried tweezers but they did not work. Were they the 'pointed' type of tweezers? You know, the type that is really pointed at the tip, instead of like regular tweezers that are blunt on the end? Pointed tweezers should fit right under there and get the sliver for you. Well, they should anyway. Maybe not. But give it a try if you have a pair.

A small spot of superglue. Let it dry, and then pull it out with the tweezers.

Soak your hand in warm water until the skin softens up then you may be able to squeeze the skin and move it so you can grab it with tweezers.

hold your finger in some peroxide for a minute,this stuff will help anything foreign release.
