The chocolate brown are boots and the gray would be sweatpants tucked into the boots. Im not sure if it would match together.

the pants are velour gray sweatpants and there kinda tight and not baggy

the colors go together but do gray tights..sweatpants don't belong into boots or anywhere outside the gym!

If you have another accessory of both colors to wear also, it would look fabulous! Or if you pair up on the colors, ex: wear a brown bracelet and grey shoes or something with it. Otherwise, you should wear a white top with your brown leggins.

However I am thinking cute fitted sweats... not the baggy reg sweat pants! Otherwise... no.

yeah it does but you shouldn't wear sweat pants with the boots unless they are the one with the elastic around the knee area.

i have a grey wool coat that i wear with my chocolate brown uggs all the time & it goes perfectly

I would say no, but pink goes nice with brown, as does gold.
