Well, a prostitute has sex for money and drugs.
Whereas a girl with many boyfriends does it for 'love', usually meaning jewelry, alcohol, clothes, food, a place to stay, you know, things that cost money. And then they leave, claiming that the guy cheated on them with a girl just as trashy and spoiled as themselves, and go suck monetary goods out of the next guy they 'love'.

Hmmm. Upon first reading your question, I didn't really understand your confusion. But now I see your problem--the only women who will sleep with you are ones you pay for, either with money or with gifts like jewelry and dinner. Most men don't have this problem, since lots of women are happy to date them just for the pleasure of their company, and don't need bribes. So, OK: the difference is that prostitutes make the transaction explicit. The women you've been dating try to keep it a secret from you for as long as they can stand it.

A prostitute is a woman who is paid for sex by men she doesn't know. Not even similar to a girl who has had several boyfriends.

if your wern't getting paid, and you really liked the person you were going out with, than your not a prostitute.
