My family may be soon moving from Tampa,FL to Carmel, IN. At first when I was told, I wouldn't have left for a billion dollars, but now that the inital shock is gone, I don't think it would be so bad to go. But when I told mi friends at school, they would have PAYED a billion dollars to keep me here. And plus, Bucsh Gardens is like 10 minutes from mi house, the beach about an hour, and shopping malls EVERYWHERE!!!!!!! I think it's kinda bad that I wouldn't mind leaveing, cuse I've lived here for 7 years. Is this bad to you? Cuse I kinda think so. But I've lived in Indiana before too, just so you know.

no its not bad... do you often feel guilty for your feelings? even ones that are normal to feel the way you do?
its normal to feel bad about leaving your friends. Tampa is nice and it seems like a better place to you, rationally.
but indiana has 4 seasons and nice people and friends too! you can write and visit your friends. they will understand.
i think you realize that its time for a change.
i think you are trying to tell yourself that you should feel bad when you really dont. feelings are feelings...you cant help it.
GOOD LUCK my dear!

no its not bad! It will be hard leaving all your friends and everything.. believe me it will be. I did the exact same thing about 4 months ago, i moved from Australia to Florida, and i actually wanted to! don't worry, feeling like that isnt bad! It's because your excited most likely! It's going to be an amazing experience. Most people would be just like you and jump at the thought of a huge, fantastic change in their life like moving to a different country. It just feels like your actually experiencing something different in your life other than just being in the same place the whole time experiencing the same things each day.
Although it is not bad to feel these feelings, moving is not always easy. you WILL miss your friends and you WILL miss your country. I still do very very very much. I'm sure it gets easier though when you start to realise all the new things you can see, do and experience in a new place.

If you dont think its bad, then its not! I'm glad to see that you are looking on the bright side of this situation. If I were you, personally, I would be a wreck at first. Leaving all my friends, and sports life. But then if you think about it, where you live now, at school, mainly people who arent your close friends probably judge you.....whether you know it or not. Now, the place where you are going, you can start over and live the life you love.

It is never bad to have the feelings you are having no matter what they may be, Thats part of who you are and should take them for what they are always follow your heart. Always put yourself first over your friends because those people are not going to be your friends forever, but you will forever have to answer to yourself.

I've been to both states and I definitely prefer Florida to Indiana (especially in winter), but they both have a certain charm to them. I think you'll probably find the Indiana guys more sincere. Good luck to you.

Moving is never bad thing. You get to start all over and redo things in a way. If there is something that you dont like about yourself you can change it and the new people that you know wont judge you for it, the people you know currently might.

It's not bad. Everyone needs change every now and then. You'll probably end up having a great time. Just don't tell your friends so you don't make them feel bad about you leaving.
