Get her whatever you want - but make sure it's something she can enjoy. She probably puts her kids first and doesn't have much time or gifts for herself.
But whatever you give her - maybe also say in the card that you will offer to babysit for the kids so she can go out one night. Or maybe just offer "a coupon" for 5 free nights of baby-sitting or something.
Haha...and the other people might be on the something with the condoms. Although it's obviously an inappropriate gift - unless you have that kind of open relationship with her.

Why don't you try something from a place like Bed, Bath & Beyond -- some nice bath salts, or good smelling lotion. Maybe something that is considered soothing for relaxation - like with lavender in it. With 3 kids, she needs some personal time to try to relax!
