what does the bleeding mean ? help?

i just had my period on the 3rd. and shouldnt have one until the beginning of the next month. i recently forgot to take my pills for 4 days...and have been horrible on gettting steady with them again.... its possible i could be pregnant. but i dont understand why i started spotting today . please help.... pregnant women with experience has anything like this happened before u got pregnant or what?

I didn't have any bleeding when I knew that I was pregnant...but, when I was on the pill, if I forgot to take it for two or more days I would have break-through bleeding. Basically that's bleeding caused by your body going through withdrawl from the hormones in the pill. It could very likely be break-through bleeding. If you have had unprotected sex, it could be implantation bleeding...many women do have this and then find out at the end of that cycle that they are in fact pregnant...I just didn't have this. After you miss pills, you can expect some bleeding or even a period. Since you missed them, it's possible you are pregnant, but having spotting from the hormone drop from missing the pills.

My mom got pregnant on the pill twice and had period-like bleeding for the first 3 mos of each pregnancy.

If I EVER missed ANY pills - even just ONE, I would bleed for at least a day. If you still think you're pregnant, wait until the 3rd of January and take a test. Good luck.

I doubt you are pregnant. You missed 4 whole days on the pill so you are probably having an extra period because of the lack of hormones your pill normally gives you.

when you are taking the pill and you miss it for a few days it is normal to have some bleeding it used to happen to me al the time you should be ok.
however
i stopped taking my pill for about 2 weeks and i am now 37 weeks pregnant lol!
it will depend on how fertile you both are.
