If it helps you can buy The Omen Trilogy or The Omen Pentology. The first one has the three movies in it whilst the second one also contains the new Omen movie.
The third omen movie was actually not too bad. I think, like a lot of films, these movies get discontinued and then re -released in super dooper special edition double disc sets.
It's just a matter for you to ask at your local video store(wherever that might be) if they can get it for you.

I work at Walmart and have seen it in the $5 bin. You kinda have to dig for it. And as michael m answered places like blockbuster will have an eaier acess to it. So if you can't find it perhaps they can order it for you:) Oh also look on netflix.com, they have a section where you can buy movies. That'd be a great way to see if it is available too.

Try going to a video rental store such as Blockbuster or Hollywood Video. If they do not rent it, ask if they can order it. They have greater access to obscure films, I use to work for a Blockbuster.
