My most recent term, I got a 4.0. But my cumulative gpa is 2.75. Can I get a scholarship based on my most recent term grades.

Congratulations on your improvement this semester! However, no one gives scholarships based upon one semester's grades. While every scholarship has its own rules, most of them do have a GPA requirement, and it is almost never below a 3.0 (overall).

You are not qualified for any scholarships with a 2.75 GPA. You will need at least a 3.5 for that.
