Here's the poem I wrote. I would like to know if it uses alliteration. I tried to, but if it doesn't can soembody help me?

Winter

Brisk but beautiful white snow,
Falls furiously out of the foggy skies.
The cold air crawls through the night,
And the baby bird no longer flies.

The days are windy and covered with white snow,
While the streets are silent and lone.
The outdoors seem so abandoned,
That you can't go outside without feeling alone.

Winter is wonderful,
But sometimes a bit dull.
The touch of soft snow,
Can make you lull.

yes - and very well- i must say.

unless you had to use alliteration in every single line, you're good to go

Alliteration refers to lines in a poem that have words starting with the same letter...Winter is wonderful, for instance, and brisk but beautiful, falls furiously out of the foggy skies. So yes, you have some alliteration, and in my opinion, a nice amount. It would sound goofy if there was a lot of it.

Alliteration means using words together that start with the same sound, and mostly start with the same letter. The sound is what's important. For example:
Suzy sells suits to big bottomed business men.
So...yes you have used plenty of alliteration.

It uses heaps of alliteration. Some examples are "soft snow" "winter is wonderful" and "falls furiously"

It uses a little. ^^

When I write, I try to keep three words that start the same close to each other with other "of's, the's, a's" separating them maybe. ^^ Nice poem, btw!

Example: Falls furiously from the foggy skies.

See, that's even four! ^^ Hmm,but don't overdo it with 10 words, ne?

aliteration is constantly repeating a sound aka da first letter in da word ex: mickey mouse , donald duck...... u did use that by saying falls furiously try something more challanging turn da whole sentence into aliteration ex: swaying soard sways somewhere. that will definitly get u a good grade 4 HW

Yes it does, but it is clear you are using alliteration for alliteration's sake. You have to be spontaneous and alliteration happens (only sometimes - not to be overdone).

You have alliteration in places. Sounds good.

Yes you did. I personally could really notice it in the beginning of the poem.
