new alternator,coil,rotor,cap,battery, sometimes it starts ,sometimes it dont.

all those are good,starter spins the motor fine,starts just dont know when

It needs a battery to start it and an alternator to recharge the battery after it's running. Now, do you have a question of some sort?

Ignition switch or neutral safety switch may be bad. Or starter solenoid.

WHAT ABOUT THE PLUGS AND WIRES ? ALSO THE GAS FILTER , AIR FILTER , WHEN WERE THEY LAST CHANGED ? WHAT ABOUT THE OIL AND FILTER CHANGE ?
