My Computer > c drive> windows> than do right click and view icons by modified,
Than is last check the properties of some unknown icons, if they dont have any certificate or they show unknown in properties than delete them, if U cant than do this all in windows safe mode, (restart computer than press f8 and pick safe mode)
also sun task manager and do end process those name of files than delete.
Do this all same in My Computer > c drive> windows>system32
Than restart and run windows normally.

You'll get plenty of people like the poster above me suggesting Malwarebytes and other virus removal programs and scanners- but they have nothing to do with repairing damaged system files or registry problems created by viruses. You need to bite the bullet and reinstall Windows to get piece of mind the computer will work properly again. Who knows what else the virus did? If that was my computer I'd back up all my data to a USB hard drive (takes 30 minutes max); then reinstall Windows (takes an hour, but you don't need to sit next to it for most of that time) then I'd put my data back on and install my software again. You can fix that PC in a single afternoon if you know how to reinstall Windows- which is the best action to take following unknown damage to a system from a virus. Why mess around with virus scanners for hours when you can reinstall Windows, and restore your data and software in 4 hours, and KNOW it will work be 100% fixed? ;)

You need to do a definition update with Norton Antivirus, then do a full system scan. If you find any infections delete or quarantine them. It will also be a good idea to run a anti-spyware program such as Webroot Spysweeper(good program) or Lavasoft Adaware(Free and okay). Do the same thing update the definitions and run a full system scan. Also delete any infections. If this doesn't fix the issue you might need a PC technician to restore your machine or do further removing of infections.

You need to get a new hard drive, install it, and install windows all over again. Then once the new hard drive is set up, install your virus / spyware protection on it, and make sure your firewall is activated through that software. Next, update your windows software online. After that, install your first hard drive as a secondary hard drive (slave), and scan it with your protection software to remove the virus(es) / spyware(s) from it.
You could spend just by taking the computer up to Fry's Electronics and let them take care of it for you, but then you would never learn how to take care of your own computer.

Go to "My Computer" and then click "Add or remove programs". The "Add or remove programs" shows everything you have downloaded and you can delete them and they will go away.

BTW, the free version of Superantispyware doesn't have auto-updates in the USA. You have to update it yourself in this country. ;-)
