Do you discriminate against people, based on anything OTHER THAN race or gender?

BE HONEST and just share your thoughts as to why you dislike this type of person?

I know this is the HIP HOP section, but I value your opinions in this section very much! thanks

Ok, this will be just as controversial what I’m about to say, but you said to be honest so…………

I do not like Bisexual people. I stay away from them! I cannot help it, I find the whole concept of “bi” repulsive. That’s probably why I can’t stand Tilla Tequilla. She grosses me out.

I'm prepared for the thumbs down!

I was going to say no, but if I think about it, then yeah, I probably do.
I'm originally from the Highlands of Scotland, and a lot of rich English people have moved up there and taken their 4x4s (SUVs) with them, and also pushed property prices through the roof leaving it nearly impossible for locals to buy houses any more. They also have a habit of setting up "traditional Scottish" tourist shops. So when I see one of them there, they have to work a lot harder to make me like them than anyone else!
Don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those Scottish people who has a problem with anyone who's English, it's just that specific type of person. I know you said apart from race, but it's more about that type of person than their race - they always wear Berber wellies and hand knitted cardigans and say things like "Ooh, you can just feel the magic of this place" whilst building over beautiful scenery and polluting the hell out of it. That type of person.

Well, I tend to be a little two-faced to avoid this, does that make me worse? LOL
I think as the compassionate yet socially anxious person that I am, I'm much more concerned that people won't like me.
Still, the kind of people I don't give a chance to are the men who are drunk and hit on me, the people who dress so differently that I think they are part of a trouble-making crowd, and people who are so far out of my age group that I think we have very little in common.
Maybe that's just being smart and efficient?

I don't discriminate against a particular gender but I do try to avoid getting in contact with gay guys, not girls just guys. I just feel uncomfortable to make friends with them, if I knew the guy is gay. But i f I didn't know and he had already become my friend, then I wouldn't care.

Now I'm boarding my flight
Peace

It may not be a conscious decision or thought, but we all have people we stay away from, for one reason or another. I don’t care for dishonest people or people who lie a lot so I stay clear from there. People may not come out in the open and say it but everyone discriminates in some form or fashion, because we all have that natural instinct to protect ourselves from what we think may be harmful to us or our beliefs and our morals. Just for the record, I stay away from gay dudes too. I really can’t see myself befriending any of them cause we ain got nuttin in common.

Honesty, I think everyone discriminates whether it's race or gender, they just keep it on the downlow, like talking to friends or whatever. Everybody's a hater, but that doesn't mean we gotta hurt others for it, so people tend to keep to themselves.

I discriminate based on how a person dresses / hygiene / health. If someone is fat to me that shows that they don't respect themselves, so then why should I? A counter argument may be that they have a genetic disposition to be fat, but then I just think of all the hard work that I have put into being a healthy and strong person. Thats really the only way I discriminate, and I don't think its wrong.

Honestly, yes. I tend to avoid rich-looking and snobby-looking people who are wearing the designer clothes. Sometimes, I do discriminate them, but not to an extent.
