I normally will boil some water in the oven on high for 2 - 3 minutes. For a fresher results, you can add some lemon juice to the water. the steam from the boiling water will loosen those burn particles that stuck to the oven.
While it's still hot use a wet cloth and start wiping the interior of the oven. You might have to repeat this process before you can thoroughly clean the oven. Wear your heat proof gloves as the oven could be quite hot and might scald your fingers.
I must use MICROFIBER cloth for optimum results. Do not use any detergent to clean your oven.
Clean your oven if possible after everytime you use it. You just have to wipe the whole interior of the oven with a damp cloth. Do not wait until you have dried or burnt particles stuck to the oven before cleaning them.
Try covering your food in the process of cooking to avoid splatters. Then, not much of cleaning required.

Here's what I do...
I put a coffee cup full of tap water in there, and turn it on for one minute.... this totally steams up the inside of the microwave.
Then I lightly spritz in some multi-purpose cleaner like Formula 409 and wipe it all out... be sure to wipe the "ceiling" and all sides...
It works great.

place a small microwavable bowl with water and dishwashing soap in the microwave for a couple of minutes, then just wipe clean with a paper towel or cloth. This method leaves the microwave super clean.
