You really can't pin point that to one sign. Although ironically I do find that a lot of Capricorns tend to steal. There is no biggest, liar, or con artist among the zodiac, its more of how someones chart is lined up to which aspects of that persons chart that would give them those tendencies.

Actually Virgo. They are smart, and skilled at talking and selling. This will be the overlooked sign that can do such a thing, while all the other signs will be the ones suspected. Virgo will seem innocent and too above being a con artist. Believe me, I've seen this many times.

No offense, but with all the charts I've seen (speaking strictly sun sign) Cancer is number 1 with the player, "poor, innocent me" story, then sticks it to you royally when you trust them. And has the audacity to look at people innocently and say "me?" I didn't lie to you, you simply allowed yourself to be misled. See, with Cancer, it's always the other person's fault because they have a difficult time handling responsibility. Not saying all of them, mind you, because each sign has a higher and lower form. Cancer just seems to play the lower Poor little me and then I'll stick it to you" to the hilt. Like that old song, "Smiling Faces." A Scorpio, for example, at least has the decency to let you know they're the enemy and give you a fair shot, because they respect strength and a fair battle. Not so with Cancer; they take the coward's way out. Heck, even a Pisces will be honest, unless, there again, they're a lower form on drugs or drinking or whatever.....
