A couple questions. People who actually know or who have experience if you know what I mean, thanks...?

I know please don't think of me as pathetic, I'm just curious and wondering.
What are some signs of a period coming soon? Besides cramps?
What is the average bra size for a 12 year old (I know this is a bad question, please dont make fun of me)
Also, anything else who know on periods and that cruel feminine stuff.
And dont tell me to talk to my mom, because she is just...yeahh...forget it...

A woman's first period, or first menses, can begin anytime on average from age nine to age fifteen. Blood flow can last anywhere from three to eight days and menstrual discharge can range from two to six tablespoons of blood. Most women get their periods once every month, although, this is not the case for all women *some get their menses every 34 days and some every 28, all normal*.
In general, girls get their first period about two years after their breasts start to grow. Also, many girls start having periods around the same age that their moms did.

Here are some other changes you may notice around the time you get your first period:

* your hips getting wider
* hair growing under your arms and around your nipples and vulva
* sweating under your arms
* developing acne
* thick and whitish or slippery and clear vaginal discharge

Some girls and women — from 20-50 percent — experience physical or emotional discomfort that is known as premenstrual syndrome (PMS) about a week before menstruating, or during the first few days of menstruation.

Symptoms of PMS include depression and other mood changes, tender breasts, appetite changes, irritability, headaches, backaches, insomnia, sweating, difficult breathing, and fluid retention. PMS is more common in older women.


About average bra size.
It depends on what their parent's and grandparent's grew up with. If big "bra sizes" run in the family, then you are most likely to end up with the same size. It all depends on genetics. Some 12 and 13 year olds have no bra size, others have DD.

And no, sweetie, it's not cruel stuff. Having your period means you'll eventually will be able to carry a baby inside of you. This may seem odd or not nice now, but as you grow up you'll realize how precious the gift of giving life to a baby is.

I'm 18, and pretty experienced with this. To be honest with you, when I got my first period (I think I was 10 or 11), there weren't any signs at all...it just happened! Not trying to scare you, just trying to assure that you keep tampons/pads around so when the time comes you're well prepared. About the bra size, the average 12 year old is probably pretty small, I think I was actually still wearing a training bra. And again, that varies. As well as cramps. Sometimes when I get my period, I have cramps, others I don't. Sometimes I don't even get a period for a month or two, and that's completely normal. Everyone is different! =D

im ur age and i have my period ull just either get brown stuff in ur undies or whiote gooey stuff it really nasty but ull get used to as for ur period i get really light ones but it really depends on the person ohter have alot of blood other are really ligt and as for u bra size im nto al that big but it various betwen a and b so odnt worry im right there with yea

awwww its gonna be ok
ur going through changes and it can be dificult
one sign of ur period coming is that ull get this white goo in ur underpants or theyll be kinda wet
andfor the bra size......id say A to B but everyone is different!
it doesnt matter it will all even out in the end

There really is no "average" bra size for a 12 year old. You could be a AAA up to a DD!
