Most likely, you can breastfeed with no problem. Where are your incisions? Incisions close to the chest wall (usually under the breasts) are the most common for augmentations, and the least likely to have cut any nerves or ducts that would make breastfeeding difficult. Some women with implants make less than a full supply, because the pressure of the implants can signal your body to make less milk, but as long as you breastfeed your baby on cue, you should be fine. Your breasts might change in shape and size, but these changes are due to pregnancy hormones and will occur whether you breastfeed or not.

As long as the baby can latch on. If your nipples are as tight as a drum, it will probably be really painful for you. As far as you beautful new breasts go, silicone plus milk equals some heavy twins to lug around...

They say you're supposed to be able to breast feed. Your boobs might get bigger is all. I know one of my friends breast fed after she had a boob job, but she made sure to tell her doctor she intended to do so. I'd say ask your doc.

If they don't move your nipples yes. If the doctors know you want to breast feed, they can do it without disturbing the glands.

Supposedly breast implants do not preclude breastfeeding. As to what will happen, well, they'll still be big. Just a lot lower.
