I like Jack Del Rio mainly because nobody saw the Jaguars as a threat in the AFC...now they have that 1-2 punch at RB and Garrard has matured greatly...good job to Jack Del Rio for getting his team to this state...

That's a tough choice there.

I think Romeo Crennel had less to work with coming into this year. Jack Del Rio had a lot more talent to build from.

MY vote is for Romeo.
