Class of 2008 Senior Color-Flower....?

We have already choses a class song & motto but need a class color and flower.

If you could give me some suggestions and a reason that would be great! Thanks!

Usually its a rose or carnation with a specific color, sometimes colored with floral paint or sometimes its a white flower with colored tips, which are also nice.
