Okay..this is probably my biggest question of all. I would like to know how to create a game with some I can download. Like for example..A stick figure shooting game..I COULD DEAL WITH THAT!! JUST TELL ME HOW!!

Well, you must have knowledge about programming. You can try dark basic, it was designed to make games.

Oh, lad, you know not what you ask...
This sort of thing takes lots of math and programming. "Just tell me how..." OK, take college courses in solid geometry, optical physics, programming, device drivers, operating systems, graphics design...
Then read a few articles on ray tracing technology.
Then work on designing your interface.
Then spend sleepless nights getting your map driver, your display driver, your keyboard driver, your mouse driver, and your joystick driver to feed your master game program. Game programming is NOT for the faint of heart or the soul lacking adequate experience.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but the answer to your qestion "Just Tell Me How" would fill up textbooks for a four-year college course quite easily.
