I did a quick Google search for Free Internet Security Suite. I found a great one called eEye Digital Security Suite Personal Edition. Windows Security says its working or is it working but just a phony website of a qucik search. It was not on Download.com which rates download Microsoft reccomened

I performed a search with my "SmartWhois", out of New Zealand and the webpage is good. The only think I don't like is that this company hides behind a proxy out of Scottscale, AZ. When one hides behind a "proxy", they don't really want you to know who the owner is. Kind of like a double edge sword, because I know some really good companies that prefer to hide behind a proxy. Instead of their own server.

eEye Digital Security Suite is used by the Department of Defense for some things. It is well known and the name is not a hoax. I cannot tell you whether the site you found it on is or is not a hoax.
