first of all...if you're not into 2012 and stuff like that then nevermind!!!

I think I just realized how we are all one in the universe.
I thought about the cycles of the mayan calendar... as actual cycles our galaxy...or outside the whole universe maybe.
Then I thought of how 2012 could be when we (earth, everyone on earth...maybe all of existence) go to one place in the galaxy/universe.
Like a big bang type thing........but backwards.... everything....everything.....goes back to that point. It's like we all go home....and home is everything....the whole universe....as one.
So the point of life then, would be to find our way back home?
I can see it like a daydream when I think about it....it would sneak up outta nowhere
can you even imagine what that would be like?
Could be a new age/enlightenment
Could be death or suffering
Could be anything...

but yea...mayan cycles being actual universe/galazy/whatever cycles and we all get sucked into one...2012!

What do you think?

If you want the truth, read the Bible. Look for the prophetic statements. They contain words like "shall" "in those days" and contain symbols like a woman is the church, the fig tree is Israel. There are many others, I've made a list of about 6 pages. The Hebrew names all have meaning also. When you see a long list of name go to Strong's condordance, that will give you the meaning of each, and they make up a statment from God (see Ne 8). Like Jesus is Yahshua (Joshua or Jeshua) in Hebrew, they means God saves. If you know the key there is more knowledge than you can remember. Most churches can't tell you the truth, because they don't know it. They are there for the money! Our churchs teach that Sunday is the Sabbath, but the Bible teaches that Saturday is the Sabath (see Ex 20:8-11) Worshiping on Saturday is a sign that you belong to God. The mark of the beast is keeping sunday holy.

Your "daydream" sounds like it might be a message from Satan. Be carefull you don't know where it will lead you, but it is not good. Believe me you don't want to go there.

We are home. And we've still got quite a bit of hope for humanity.

I agree that 2012 is a new starting point for the mayans - but remember that their long form calendar is FAR from over. Decmber 12th of that year reads as 13.0.0.0.0 in their calendar - their dates go all the way to 20.12.12.12.12

OK wellll i love that vision. But the thing about time is that it is not to be measured, but enjoyed. so if everything goes backwards it will also be flipped. The energy will be sucked out of everything starting from global warming and the hippies will come back and some people will panick. But who cares?

No way man, 2112. THAT's the date. I hope I can live that long. That is when the temples of Syrinx will assume control of all planets of the Solar Federation.

I think you will either be very surprised or very disappointed when the assigned date rolls around and absolutely nothing changes.
