It's not impossible - anything where sperm gets into the vagina can cause pregnancy.
However, unless he came before dipping his fingers in it, it's very unlikely. It's not a definite thing whether pre-c-- has sperm in it, it's just suggested that sometimes it can leak in there. Most often it happens because the man has recently had an orgasm and some is still left in his tubing.
I would not get the MA pill over this unless his hand was really messy.
Sperm dies when it cools off and dries out. Usually the pre-leakage doesn't have enough liquid to stay wet for a "few minutes" on his hand.
However, it's a good idea to think about this and be careful before it goes too far. Maybe get a "left hand does this, right hand does that" rule -
or carry some of those finger wipes for cleaning greasy messes; the kind you get in restaurants for ribs. They are acidic (lemon juice) and will help clean up small messes on his fingers before he makes contact with you. Or you make sure - he doesn't touch his, you do it for him...

From extremely pre-ejaculate, no. Pre-ejaculate itself would not incorporate sperm, it extremely is a discharge that cleanses and prepares the tubs for the sperm to return out. even inspite of the undeniable fact that each in specific situations there is sperm left interior the guy's penis, and whilst the pre-ejaculate comes out, so do not the left over sperm. So in case you had intercourse, and the guy did not pee in a while, then you certainly had intercourse returned a speedy time later, there ought to nevertheless be some sperm interior the tube, and it ought to come out with the pre-ejaculate fluid. If that befell, definite you need to get pregnant from that.

Don't believe what random people on the internet tell you.
Someone up there said sprem dies quickly, in seconds. I've heard it dies once it dries.
I've heard someone claim they've gotten preggers that way.
I've heard pre-*** doesn't even have sperm in it. I've also heard that it does.
So in short, be as safe as possible. And if you're having sex, get on birth control. It's not hard.

No, she will not get pregnant. Sperm dies VERY quickly (within a few seconds) if it's not in a warm, moist place such as the vagina.
