Obviously a lot of people on here have never been in a Hooters!! You do not have to have big boobs! I've seen girls that are flat chested working there! Their are skanks in every restaurant (I've had a girl at a 5 star restaurant talk about stripping for my boyfriend) and yes there are some at Hooters. However, they all have that "girl next door look" and are for the most part sweet! They need tips so if a guy is there with a girl they are going to be respectful! if I go there with my friends they are going to act like on of my friends! And if guys go alone they flirt a little, so what!
I've seen ugly girls there so I know it's not all about looks. People judge this place to much on its name!

Depends on where and what Hooters. I have found that the Hooters in the Southern States such as TX and OK have really gorgeous girls but every other Hooters I have been to has been questionable. Especially Indiana!!

There are no specific criteria other than be relatively attractive and look good in the uniform. I've honestly heard there's no cup size requirement, although I'm sure having a fuller chest is a plus. Relatively normal weight, not too thin, not to thick. I've seen all ethnicities, skin, hair colors. Depends on location too. If you're in a mostly african-american area, you're gonna see mostly african american women, and not many blondes. Just common sense.

depends on where you are. Here, they should be sued for false advertising... but you should be cute, with an average to large sized chest.. hence the name hooters. And actually have a butt to wear those little shorts...and no fat hangin over the side of the top of the shorts.. thats not cute

believe it or not, you don't need big boobs and a small waist to be a hooters girl (although many do have those), personality is a big factor when hiring hooters waitresses

Just be outgoing and fit. I've seen girls with huge ones and just average ones. My one teacher used to be a hooters mgr and it's all about the way you present yourself. Be outgoing and you'll be fine and you'll soon be raking in the funds!

Drop dead gorgeous is a great start,
perky boobs, long sexy legs,
a cute little walk and
a slow sexy Texan drawl.
This is just my opinion,
I doubt that much more counts
in the looks department.
Average intelligence is a plus,
having enough sense to come
out of the rain might help on cloudy days.
Oh & I think you have to be 21,
since they serve alcohol there.
