No. How can anyone possibly trust this incumbent Government with anything ever again? They have proved that they have no grip on reality whatsoever, no idea on best practice and the best thing that the British public can do at the next election is get them out!
Now we are faced with two decades worth of possible ID fraud thanks to the missing HMRC discs. I will now have to explain to my child when he turns 18 that it is possible that somebody already has set themselves up with his ID and has already opened bank accounts and credit cards in his name. How is he going to prove otherwise that it wasn't him?
On top of that, because my partner is a learner driver now these people not only have access to our NI numbers, our child tax credit numbers, our dates of birth, our address, our full names, they will also be able to quote her driving licence number. Honestly, you couldn't make it up but it does prove that if you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. The joke is, the pay and perks aren't even that bad, but they're still employing the monkeys! We once had the greatest civil sevice in the world, now look at it after ten years of Labour!
LABOUR = COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!
And for those Labourites out there that have given me the 'thumbs down'. I hope you're happy with what you support? The blood of thousands of Iraqi civilians are on your hands! Typical socialist cowards!

You can't trust ANY government with ANYTHING.
Government employment is attractive to the laziest, most incompetent, and most venal members of society. Anyone who chooses to work for the government instead of taking a productive job is, by definition, untrustworthy.
