Get on a strict routine of exercise. Running will do a LOT of help. Work on your core, and exercise in layers of warm clothes to make you sweat more, to lose water weight. Stay away from food in between meals. Make meal plans before the day starts, so you don't go off course. Get more protein. If you REALLY need a snack, munch on some red peppers or celery. Steer clear of soda, sugary drinks, coffee, energy drinks, and stick to water. LOTS OF WATER!! For sandwiches or wraps, try eating bread products that are whole grain, not white flour. Get more sleep, and EAT SLOWLY.

I once saw a program on professional body builders. When not competing, most of the people are HUGE! They go on a diet of steamed chicken and rice for the ten days prior to competing, eating this concoction 6 times a day. You can see every muscle and they exhibit very little surface fat. I would think that if one ate this with vitamins, you would have quick weight loss. Good luck! You will get bored with having no choice, but desperate times call for desperate measures!

* To lose body fat you must eat fewer calories than your body burns off, so EAT LESS -- but you must NOT starve yourself, otherwise you will lose more muscle than fat!
* Start eating 5-6 meals per day (space them out to about one every 3 hours). You are eating more often, but not necessarily more.
* Increase your protein intake. Without protein your body cannot build new muscle. Protein also helps to increase your metabolism - which burns calories.
* Increase you water intake. A good formula for this is to multiply your bodyweight by .66 to get the required number of ounces per day.

Watch your carbs.

I actually lost weight by cutting down on carbs and calories and I didn't starve.

Eat salads with lite dressings, grapefruit is good in vitamins.

Exercise in moderation. Don't overdo it.
