can someone explain to me the bonding between a Cu+2 ion and 20 moles of H2O?

how about Cu +2 and H2O?
and also...is H2O a positively charged or negatively charged?

I don't think a Cu 2+ ion ever does bond to 20 waters. It bonds quite strongly to four, with perhaps two other ones more loosely bonded.
