How much do you want to spend??? Its hard to suggest a gift if you dont give enough information.
Does she have an ipod? If so I'd suggest getting her an Idog or Icat an ipod skin and an itunes gift card.
Does she have a nintendo DS? Get her a game or a case for it or some accessories for it.

well look in here room and what kind of stuff she has lying around but don't go through her stuff. and no clothes people hate when u buy clothes. maybe on Christmas when your done with family stuff take her shopping let her pick it out u know like what ever she wants that will make it easier

I think you should buy your sister an i-pod or an mp3 player because when i was 10 years old, my sis bought me a i-pod.

hummm........ I think a CD player with a gift card so she can pick out her own music, hair pretties, money card, pretty under clothes, ask her to pick 5 things she wants .... then pick one at least that way you would have gotten her at least one thing she did really want!

I'll go with the gift card; here's why...
She'll get a thrill using it at the register, swiping it on the card reader machine just like an adult (besides getting to pick out whatever she wants at that store).

it depends what she likes. you know her, use ur judgement. if shes sporty or likes soccer buy her a gift card to dicks or gt her a mini soccer ball (they r usually pretty cheap $ and fun to play with ) if shes not....but her some jewelry or gift card to a clothing store. or just make her a nice card and be extra nice :)
