Is it long and sticky like egg whites? If so, it's totally normal, it's a mucus that all women have when they are ovulating - usually it comes half way between periods, but it could come early or late depending on your cycle. If you don't get another period in the next two weeks, and if the discharge stays thick, see your doctor. But if it clears up in a few days, forget about it - it's just your ovulation cycle. =)

Once you start puberty a white and/or clear discharge is normal. It means your hormones are working as the vagina is self-cleaning. This same discharge increases the closer you get to ovulation and when you are sexually aroused. It doesn't matter if you are on the pill or not.
Different Types of Discharge:
White: Thick, white discharge is common at the beginning and end of your cycle. Normal white discharge is not accompanied by itching. If itching is present, thick white discharge can indicate a yeast infection.
Clear and stretchy: This is "fertile" mucous and means you are ovulating.
Clear and watery: This occurs at different times of your cycle and can be particularly heavy after exercising.
Yellow or Green: May indicate an infection, especially if thick or clumpy like cottage cheese or has a foul odor.
Brown: May happen right after periods, and is just "cleaning out" your vagina. Old blood looks brown.
Spotting Blood/Brown Discharge: This may occur when you are ovulating/mid-cycle. Sometimes early in pregnancy you may have spotting or a brownish discharge at the time your period would normally come. If you have spotting at the time of your normal period rather than your usual amount of flow, and you have had sex without using birth control, you should check a pregnancy test.
Different types of infections:
Signs of yeast infections:
White, cottage cheese-like discharge
Swelling and pain around the vulva
Intense itching
Signs of bacterial vaginosis:
A white, gray or yellowish vaginal discharge
A fishy odor that is strongest after sex or after washing with soap
Itching or burning
Slight redness and swelling of the vagina or vulva
Signs of trichomoniasis
A watery, yellowish or greenish bubbly discharge
An unpleasant odor
Pain and itching when urinating
Most apparent after your period

It is normal for women to have varying discharge during the different phases of their cycle. Though this is usually heaviest during the middle of the cycle. A white discharge sounds fairly normal, though if it smells bad, is different from usual, and/or if you have unprotected sex you should get checked out by a Dr.

That is normal. A yeast infection would look more cottage cheese like and you would itch. You may just produce more discharge than others.

Believe it or not it is probably a yeast infection. Try the over the counter Monistat and see if you can not find some relief there.
