I'm debating on wether or not to rent out my condo for the weekend of the superbowl. The game is being played about 10 minutes from my house and was wondering if any of you have any experience with this. Concerns? Tips? Advice? Pricing??? Thanks!

Sure, rent it out - but check your homeowner's insurance policy, 'cause when the renters trash it, you may be out big bucks repairing all the damage. Happened to a couple buddies of mine - their recommendation and mine - fuggedaboudit!

When I lived in Milwaukee, I rented out my apt. during Harley Fest 100 year anniversary. Get a legal short time lease agreement and credit references from the people that want to rent it out. I charged $300.00 per night for 4 nights. Easy money.
