"Diamond accent(s)" is a polite term for diamond chips... basically very small diamonds that are clustered together for a "fashion" type of ring, or sometimes used to accent a larger center gemstone (such as a diamond).

It means - in addition to the main stone, it has smaller diamond pieces in the setting.
Do research before you buy, so you know her preferences - white or yellow gold, stone shape, etc.
