"Diamond accent(s)" is a polite term for diamond chips... basically very small diamonds that are clustered together for a "fashion" type of ring, or sometimes used to accent a larger center gemstone (such as a diamond).

whoa! thats a nice gift. i hope you're proposing aswell or that might throw her off a bit. who cares what diamond accented means. but just make sure its shiny platinum and its as big as you can afford
