If some guy called me a Bi*ch, Slut, Whore, F*cking peice of sh*t, and any other names you could think of thats sexual harrasment.
Also even if he was joking it is still sexual harrasment right.
Oh another thing does it matter any if he has ADHD.
I don't want to get him in trouble its just he is always calling me and my friends those names (especially a girl he really likes) I just want him to understand that someone could press charges for being called those things.

Yes it is sexual harassment and ADHD has no bearing on it.
Tourette's Syndrome is the only disease where the individual who has it mutters swear words and other words that could easily be construed as insults unconsciously. For any other health condition the person can still be and should still be held responsible for what they say.
The words this guy is using would be offensive in any environment and would equate to verbal assault. In the work place they could be taken as verbal assault, sexual harassment and an attempt to make the work place hostile; all subjects that will allow a company to fire someone over AND if they do not fire that person then that company can be sued for damages since supporting that kind of insulting talk is illegal.
According to Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ADHD
“Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), or Hyperkinetic Disorder as officially known in the UK (though ADHD is more commonly used), is generally considered to be a developmental disorder, largely neurological in nature, affecting about 5% of the world's population. The disorder typically presents itself during childhood, and is characterized by a persistent pattern of inattention and/or hyperactivity, as well as forgetfulness, poor impulse control or impulsivity, and distractibility. ADHD is currently considered to be a persistent and chronic condition for which no medical cure is available. ADHD is most commonly diagnosed in children and, over the past decade, has been increasingly diagnosed in adults. About 60% of children diagnosed with ADHD retain the disorder as adults.”
Those with ADHD HAVE impulse issue controls but not enough to be considered a legal reason for their behavior. Only people with Tourette’s Syndrome show this behavior unconsciously. They are the only people who can be forgiven for uttering insults; but not all people with Toruette’s have this problem. Poor impulse control only means that you lack the judgment to control your actions. It may be because he has a medical condition but he should have outgrown that or have found a medication that can help. If not then they are his problems and his medical condition is NO EXCUSE.

Sexual harrasment must follow these guidelines:
1. It must be directed and unabated.
2. The 'receiver' of the harrassment must tell the person it is unwanted and then must tell their supervisor it is unwanted.
If the actions continue and reported again, the person can be fired. If the company does nothing to resolve the issue (at any point) then a lawsuit can be levied against the company.
Vulgarity in the workplace is unprofessional in any context. He can be fired for simply speaking this way. If his supervisor tells him to quit with the profanity and he does not, he can easily be fired with no recourse.
Good luck and I hope your "friend" cleans up his act!

No. Sexual harrasment is when someone makes sexual advances toward you at work or tells you to put out to get or keep a job. The guy is rude to call you those words, but it is not sexual harrasment.

Not only is the company liable for damages but he is personally liable for monetary damages. That means you could sue the company and him separately in court and win from both the company and him a large dollar amount. This is a hostile work place and you should not put up with it. Print this out with your question and put it on your boss's desk anonymously. Things will change dramatically in a very short time. Good luck and work on your self esteem if you think that is ok to be called that. That is no way or format for a man to express or articulate his like or dislike for you.

Calling you a Bi*ch or a whore is "Hostile environment" sexual harassment. Calling you a piece of sh*t is verbal abuse, and also a form of harassment if it's ongoing. And, yes, he could definitely find himself in hot water if someone wanted to press charges.

if he drops the F word in front of a woman that could be considered sexual harrasment. maybe you should just tell him that you dont like being called these names, and if he dont want to stop let him know you are going to report him. i would not let this go on because then he will think he can call you that from now on even if it hurts your feelings. i would for sure let someone know though after i told him i would report him and you dont like being called those names

That is NOT cool to call names! I would stay away from him. Obviously this kid has some personal issues. You might want to talk to the guidance counselor... I know that seems corny, but that is just not right! Then, maybe the counselor can casually have a talk with him... More than likely they will figure out how bad his home life is!!! Yes, a guy in my town just went to jail for a few years for leaving messages on his ex-girlfriends phone calling her names, but he threatened her life though.

It's certainly not sexual assault, but it's borderline sexual harassment. It depends on the "victim's" response. If he/she says no repeatedly, it's definitely harassment. If she doesn't give a clear answer, probably not. Either way, the "attacker" is a loser. The person who did it is pretty much a loser too if he/she did it without wanting to. If the perpetrator uses violent coercion or blackmail to get the person to do it, then it can count as assault.

It's not "sexual" harrasment, but it is harrasment. Why do you care if he gets in trouble, he needs to. No one should put up with that. And having ADHD is no excuse. Tell him you don't like it. But if he's constantly calling you those names I doubt he'll care weather or not it bothers you. You need to talk to someone with some authority to put him in his place.
