Wood smoke. My parents always had a wood fire burning at Christmastime. I would worry that Santa wwas going to toast his buns.

Evan Williams Eggnog! The smell of sage in the dressing! Cloves, pineapple, & brown sugar baking into a ham! Lady Stetson.....oops, that comes later in the evening!

Hmmm...I love the smell of cloves, cinnamon and orange rinds. You just throw them in a pot with some water and let it simmer for hours. Delicious smelling, natural air freshener.
Oh yea, and i love the smell of chocolate chip cookies too..
