Here are all of the votes by our current Senate. Look at how your candidate voted on issues that matter to you if they are senators:

Since this was a vote on a cloture motion and not the amnesty bill, this will have no affect on my vote.

Cloture

The cloture rule–Rule 22–is the only formal procedure that Senate rules provide for breaking a filibuster. A filibuster is an attempt to block or delay Senate action on a bill or other matter. Under cloture, the Senate may limit consideration of a pending matter to 30 additional hours of debate.

another do nothing bill. follow the existing laws and get tough with them. Send a Bill to Mexico for border enforcement hospital care ,welfare reimbursement, Court expenses and every other ex pence the illegals have cost this country. If the don't pay start a legal lawsuit and embargo Mexico.

Immigration is a silly wedge issue. The only way it will effect my vote is if a candidate talks about it too much.

As far as the excellent bipartisan piece of legislation that right wing radio managed to get the ditto-heads to torpedo, oh well, we're done, there will be no legislation.

Status quo is fine anyway.

Of course, I remember that day. My vote will be based on how the votes were cast. I am not for amnesty in any way, and think all the criminal illegal aliens should be deported ASAP.

i remember the there was something like that in the eighties, too. and let me buy the next round for amnesty cause somebody has to clean the bar up when it closes.

i won't, well, i usually can't! i just get in the taxi and forget all my problems before my head hits the pillow or whatever.
