The smell at the old folks home?

dang, it is junk wrench in there. it be stankin'. whats the deal, and wont that stink make you sick?

no, the odor won't make you ill. It is a combination of incontinence and old age. The older folks don't even notice it, their sense of smell is greatly diminished. Workers there become inured to it.

Well that's just not nice. You'll be old one day and karma will bite you on the butt. The smell can be anything from them not being able to bathe quite as regularly or due to health problems.
