Baz Luhrmann's 'William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet' starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes. The setting is obviously modern but it is the only version that uses the same language and verbage that the original play was written in.

Do you mean the firm directed by Dino de Laurentis in the late 60s/early 70s, starring Olivia de Havilland as Juliet , Leonard Whiting as Romeo, and Michael York at Tybalt?
