What is fruit carving? I can macrame-but I don't. I enjoy crochet, soap making, beading, poly clay jewelry, quilting, personal products making (lotions, salts), decoupage, scrapbooking. Oh wait-you said DO. None. I just learn about them, buy all the necessary supplies and then shove them in my closet.

I can crochet, (couldn't get the hang of knitting, mama tried, mama tried), embroider and sew (hand and machine). But, what I like to do is Macrame. I am a knot tying fool.
I unravel 2" nylon rope and use the strands to make permanent 6' + tall hanging tables, lamps, etc. that could be used to tow a truck.
Well, there goes my manly persona.

My wife was a Cub Scout leader and tried to teach the kids how to tie knots. They were just the simple knots. She can knit and crochet but knots aren’t in her bag of tricks. Macrame was the rage of the time and she was determined to make one to fit her basket. She did get a few made but I didn’t know she could cuss and swear like that. She was so proud of those hanging baskets. I’ll have to admit she did a pretty good job. I hope you people have a better time with your macramé.

Other than the beaded and wire art jewelry that I make and sell for a living, I love to knit and crochet, and I do calligraphy and paint. I think I have tried almost every art medium there is, at least once, except glass bead making, and that is on my list next. I also have a stone cutting and polishing machine, and I make cabochons and pendants from the rocks we collect on our rockhounding expeditions.

Back in the 60's I made candles and macrame. Regular ol hippie I was. Now I make pet blankets to help sponsor a friend who helps people get low cost spay and neuter.

Marajuana IS hemp it is in basic terms that the macrame belongings you're employing makes use of the fibers of the plant and the marajuana you're questioning of (pot) is the seeds and such as a results of fact the seeds contain THC that's what reasons the sensation of being "severe".

I enjoy crocheting doilies and baby afghans. I used to knit a sweater every winter but this year is the first that I haven't(so far anyway) I've also made a lot of pinecone wreaths over the years.

Your crafts sound very interesting and challenging. I'd love to see your work. I have the same hobbies I've had for many years but now that I'm disabled, I have more time to spend on them. I like to crochet, sew, make quilts, and write.

I used to do the low-fire ceramic thing with weird stuff like apes that hung from your plants and flowers, weird things that looked out from behind the plants and flowers, torn off fingers in a bowl for a finger bowl. Just normal ever day weird stuff with clay.

I used to enjoy doing "LatchHook" kits like wall hanging and rugs.
My mother did it after a stroke for rehab and I picked it up frrom there.
Don't know if the kits are still on the market. They were always good for Birthday gifts.
