For me, I wanted to either be a witch-just to see how it's like with having magic at your advantage, and to see if I could leave a beneficial impact.
So, what superpower would you want to have? Is it for your own pleasure and desire, or do you actually want to help the society in a way?

telekinesis, because with creativity and practice you could do almost anything with it.

This is a fun question, Thanks for posting.
I would want the power of regeneration. Like Claire on Heros. She is my favorite. I wish I had this power because I have Osteogenesis Imperfecta Type I & II. I've survived over 104 broken bones in my life. It always takes so long to heal and that sucks. My last breaks have me bed-ridden and I broke over 3 years ago. OI has really been a difficult thing to live with. Every time my life starts going good, I get hit with some broken bones and my life falls apart all over again.
So I'd like the power of regeneration. I'd be HAPPY and HEALTHY! I then would be well enough to work and thru that I would help others.

A) Being able to travel at the speed of thought! It'd be like "HHhhhhmmm, I think I'll go to lunch in Lon... !...don." and pop! you're standing there next to Big Ben!

I want a power that makes it impossible for someone to lie or otherwise attempt to deceive me. Then I would become a reporter and ask the politicians questions.

definitely the power to read minds i always find myself wondering what others are thinking and trying to tell by body language, but it would be cool to know how people viewed you and what people really thought out you

Being invisible! Don't know how it might help society, but ever since I was a child I wanted to be able to make myself invisible/visable at will!

I would like to be able to influence people, like the cop on Heroes. And I would use it for my own benefit and that of society. For instance, I would convince that homeless guy to shower.
