Has anyone else ever noticed that when there is a picture of a murderer in the media, their eyes always,,,,?

the same look, you can see the whites of their eyes all the way around the pupil?

True, my sister pointed that out to me years ago. She was a keen observer of people.

That is a vast generalization because there are plenty of pictures of Richard Ramirez, and he's flat-out crazy, that do not look like that. Additionally, many pictures of Dahmer (who looked mostly calm) and Bundy (who looked mostly snide) are also not as you say. Perhaps you have only seen a lot of pictures of Charles Manson?
Try doing a google image search.
