How can I find out who designed a dress I saw on TV??

I was watching 30 Rock and Tina Fey's character wore this stunning red dress in the epsiode "Black Tie". I have pictures but I need to find this dress! Tell me there is a way to find out!!!!!!! HELP!!!!

If you can find the show in a rerun or on DVD you can check the credits and find out who the costume designer for the show was or see if mention is made of a designer that provided clothes for the cast.
