I ordered it today for lunch and the meal had some shrimp but was mainly green peppers and baby corn and carrots and broccoli mixed with a spicy sauce. Because of all the vegetables in the meal, would this be considered a healthy meal?

Yeah its not bad. If you had rice with it that might make it a bit more on the unhealthy side. If anything try to stick woth brown rice

Shrimp in garlic sauce from a Chinese restaurant should be good for you. Shrimp in general is good for you and so is garlic. MMMM! You're lunch sounds not only healthy but delicious!

Yes, its the corn syrup, flour, fillers, msg, that are bad.
