Most agents will only work with actors that have acting experience.
Take your acting classes. When you have performed in many theater productions, look for an agent and audition for him or her. Ask your actor friends to recommend agents.

maby bofore thinking about this stuff you should consider actually scting and modeling, have you done any preformences, what akes you think that an agent wil take you on, and do you have any experiance of acting. thats what you need to think about before you hire some agent, because your question makes it sound like you where just bored one day and decided to become an actress.

You should first maybe look up modeling agents in your yellow pages, and see about that, they will be able to help you from there....
