I've noticed that a lot of my friends act in extremely similar ways, are attracted to the same poeple, do the same things for fun, look kind of alike, etc, etc. I've also recently switched schools and the friends I've made at my new school also act in similar ways that my friends at my old school did. And the majority of them have never met each other. Opinions on this matter?

Yeah, they're all idiot sheep.

There's a reason they all act the same way. Individuality is frowned upon. They're trying to fit in with the ideals they see on tv. It's actually really sad. When you get out in the real world, the "popular" kids will be the ones that are intelligent and are individuals. My friends in college are all doing their own thing and are their own people. It's a much more fulfilling way to live.

Wanna know where the popular people are? Still living in our small hometown, knocked up or already with a few kids, and not going anywhere with their lives.

I'll take my "unpopularity" in high school, followed by the adventurous, fulfilling life I've lived since then, thank you very much!

"BIRDS OF A FEATHER, FLOCK TOGETHER". An old saying, but a true one, for people, as well as birds. It's not just people who are popular, either- people who share common interests likely single each other out, even subconsciously.
