I'd want a bow and arrows for distance, but if they got close, I'd need the sword with a dagger back up.

Bow and arrows. I think a woman, having less upper body strength, could get by with those as they can be made to fit and still be able to fire long distance. I don't want to get close enough to use one of those other things. Much too up close and personal.
