On civilization 4 i am having some preformane issues. First the movies stagger a bit. Lastly the units also stagger. How can i fix this proble?. Thanks alot to who ever helps.

In the game, go to options and turn down your graphics/video settings. As for the movies lagging a little bit, there is no solution. You just gotta live with it. It happened to me on Far Cry on my old PC.
Another option would be to upgrade your computer hardwares such as adding more RAM and installing a new video card. Doing so, it would cure all the problems you have with the game.

You likely need more RAM for your computer. Or purchase a better video card (typically more expensive than adding RAM).
