No I barely tuck my arm back in after switching off the bedside light before I am in the land of Nod ! Lucky I guess.

Right side, left side, stomach then sleep. It only works that way, too. I have tried going straight to the stomach...no good.

I do pretty much everynight. i was recently prescribed Ambien to help me stay asleep throughout the night.
